The development of multicellular life

Choose a species (possibly a group of species) that lived during the Mesozoic (Triassic, Jurassic or chalk). It can be animals as well as plants. The basic premise is that it should be about organisms of great scientific interest, which played a major role in evolution or at least for our understanding of it. You should therefore not choose based on what is spectacular. It’s not sensational journalism we do. There are a number of perspectives you should take into account: -The origin of the species -What the species possibly led on to evolutionary -The species’ conditions / habitat and ability to adapt to them / it -The scientific interest in the species -A separate analysis, linked to the species’ appearance (preferably in connection with the point above)
